How it works
The converter loads current USD prices for the 250 largest coins by market cap and divides one by the other. For example, 1 BTC to USDT is the BTC price divided by the USDT price. Prices refresh each time you open the page.
Formula
Good to know
- Prices are averages across many exchanges, so the price on your exchange can differ by a small amount.
- USDT is a stablecoin that aims to stay at 1 USD, so BTC to USDT is very close to the BTC price in dollars.
- Exchanges also charge a trading fee when you actually convert. Check it with the trading fee calculator.
